The Sacred Journey to Ladyhood (book review)

Sacred Journey to Ladyhood

Connie Omari has a message to share and she does this with grace, passion and purpose!

The “Sacred Journey to Ladyhood” is best described a technical handbook to what it means to being a Woman and transcending into the divinely feminine state of Ladyhood.

What I really enjoy about this book is the ammount of heart that went into it. Connie weaves together theory, fact, fiction, best practices, religious messages, spiritual enlightenment, and fresh perspectives on issues such as self confidence  intimate relationships, intuition, family, personal identity, and spirituality.

There’s no doubt this gal’s done her homework!

The other thing that makes this book so transformational is that it doesn’t stay a great idea. In fact, as the reader, you’re invited to step up and onto the path yourself. You’re invited to address the blocks that hold you back from your ultimate grace and mastery. You’re given the space to explore, breathe in, work through, and let go … and Connie’s right there holding your hand every step of the way!

Every woman needs to read this!

… And she has the street cred to pull it off….

Connie Omari is a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor. Her theoretical orientation is dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which is an evidence-based practice that emphasizes the concepts of mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, as well as emotional regulation techniques. In this present work, Connie utilizes her practice in DBT to conceptualize common themes inherent in young women and then provides a thought-provoking, spiritually motivating, and empowering journey to assist them in their transition to Sacred Ladyhood.

It’s honest, real, transformational, nurturing and authentic.
